Sydney Lee

Coordinator

Originally from Las Vegas, Sydney Lee began her career as a professional ballet dancer, training and performing with the Joffrey Ballet and American Ballet Theatre. She later transitioned into acting, training at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts (LAMDA), where she studied classical texts, including Shakespeare, under the academy’s president, Benedict Cumberbatch.

Sydney earned her undergraduate degrees in Dramatic Arts and Psychology at Vassar College, where she was the principal dancer of the school’s dance company, Vassar Repertory Dance Theatre (VRDT). Her passion for coaching emerged while serving as Creative Director, Choreographer, and Director of Ballet for several competitive dance companies in Los Angeles. She began privately coaching pre-professional and professional dancers, which led to the founding of Psychology and Holistic Well-being for Artists (PHWA)—a private coaching business that integrates psychological interventions, specialized programming, and performance techniques such as guided meditations, Qi Gong, Alexander Technique, breathwork, and yoga.

With over five years of coaching experience, Sydney specializes in career transitions, romantic relationships, and performance psychology for high-achieving individuals, including athletes, performing artists, creatives, and entertainment professionals. Her expertise focuses on performance anxiety, stage fright, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, rumination, perfectionism, and eating disorders, helping clients navigate the psychological demands of high-performance careers.
