Marcus Regueira
Marcus is a certified coach by the Mayo Clinic Wellness Program and the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC), focusing on spiritual mind-body unity. With over two decades of experience as a Private Equity Manager, mentor, and executive coach across Brazil and the U.S., Marcus has specialized in integrative wellness for healthcare and education since 2018.
He supports public and private institutions, working with doctors, healthcare managers, professionals, and patients aged 18 to 81. His coaching practice integrates religious, spiritual, cultural, and social dimensions that shape self-leadership, well-being, symptom relief, remission, and healing.
Marcus holds an MBA from The Wharton School and an MA in Psychology in Education with the Spirituality Mind Body Program (SMBP) at Teachers College, Columbia University. His coaching interventions foster character strengths, grit, and resilience, empowering professional and personal development.
Currently a doctoral student in Adult Learning and Leadership at Teachers College, Marcus is researching mind-body integrative healthcare to enhance the doctor-patient dyad and self-care practices for health professionalsāhe calls it Bringing Hippocrates Back to the FutureĀ©.
Marcus lives in New York City with his wife, Cecilia, a Marriage and Family Therapist. They embody a lifelong journey rooted in wellness, healing, learning, and human connection.
