Doni Pranama

Doni Nathaniel Pranama is an alumnus of BINUS University majoring in Computer Science, graduated in 2014 with Summa Cum Laude honors.

He joined the U.S. Embassy in Jakarta as an intern for 7 months as a form of cooperation between BINUS University and The U.S. Embassy. Later on, he joined Tokopedia back in 2014, as the 70th employee, and contributed until August 2023. During his time at Tokopedia, he established the Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, and Business Intelligence divisions. He later joined the CEO Office, leading strategic initiatives like Mitra Tokopedia, an online-to-offline strategy for penetrating the Indonesian market.

He is passionate about coaching; he was also involved in People Department as a program facilitator for developing coaches, and he was also seasoned coach inside the corporation. Little did he know that he also found his path in coaching others that led him to pursue M.A. Adult Learning and Leadership at Teachers College, Columbia University.

Currently, Doni has three professional coaching certifications: ACC from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), CPQC from Positive Intelligence, and a Health and Wellness Coach Certification from Real Balance. Those 3 certifications have helped him coach more than 100 clients and beyond 300 hours.

He is currently involved voluntarily at Columbia Health as a Health and Wellness Coach and also at Onward Ops, as a Sponsor Coach to help transitioning members of the US Army. Last but not least, he has been part of the Coaching Club since 2023, and now serving as the Chief of Staff.
